Terms of Service

Effective date: July 18, 2026

These terms govern your use of springscoastseptic.com, a website serving Citrus and Hernando counties, Florida and operated by Compass Camper LLC, an Oregon-registered marketing company doing business as Compass Lead Group ("we", "us"). By using the site you accept these terms.

1. What this service is

Springs Coast Septic is a marketing and lead-generation service. We connect homeowners with independent licensed local septic contractors. We are not a septic contractor, we do not perform septic system installation, drainfield repair or replacement, enhanced nitrogen-reducing upgrades, or septic inspection work, and we are not a party to any contract for such work.

2. Contractor work is between you and the contractor

Any work performed following a match is contracted directly between you and the independent contractor. The contractor is solely responsible for its licensing, permits, workmanship, pricing, scheduling, and warranties. We encourage you to verify any contractor's Florida septic tank contractor registration through the Florida DEP's public lookup and to obtain written itemized estimates before work begins.

3. No warranty

The site and the matching service are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant the work of any contractor, the availability of any contractor in your area, or that the information on this site, including regulatory summaries, is error-free. Regulatory content summarizes public sources as of its stated dates; the county health department and the Florida DEP are the authorities on any permit question.

4. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Compass Camper LLC's total liability arising out of your use of the site or the matching service is limited to $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any act or omission of an independent contractor.

5. Acceptable use

Do not submit false information, scrape the site, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oregon, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above changes when we do. Continued use after a change is acceptance of the revised terms.
